Arian Sultafa

Arian Sultafa

Arian Sultafa is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and Principal of Yonge Canada Immigration, with over 22 years of experience of Canadian immigration.


Arian is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC-CCIC) and an accredited member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC-ACPII). He holds an Honors Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws from University of Tirana, Albania and is a High Honors Graduate of Seneca’s Immigration Practitioner Program.


As a member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, Arian holds the Class L3, RCIC-IRB – Unrestricted Practice License. This is the most comprehensive licence that the College can issue authorizing to represent clients before any of the divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB).


As an experienced consultant, Arian has diligently represented many clients and entities in Canada and abroad with their immigration matters. Arian’s expertise includes all areas of Canadian immigration law including but not limited to economic class applications, investor program, LMIA and work permits, study permits, postgraduate work permits, family class sponsorships, citizenship applications and many more.


Arian frequently appears before all divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board representing clients in refugee claims and refugee appeals, detention reviews and inadmissibility hearings as well as sponsorship, residency, and removal order appeals.


Arian has been an Instructor in Accredited Immigration Practitioner Program since 2014, having taught several modules of the curriculum at various colleges in Toronto.


Arian is currently an Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University teaching in the Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law Program (GDipICL). He teaches a handful of courses at Queen’s and has also served as the Coordinating Instructor for one of them with responsibility for the curriculum.


Arian is also a frequent guest speaker on Canadian immigration topics and regular presenter at College’s Accredited CPD programs. He has also been working as an RCIC Advisor with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants and has assisted as a Subject Matter Expert in a variety of roles relating to the Specialization Program and Licensing Exams.


Maria Elisa Onate Olivella

Maria Elisa Onate is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), and a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultant (CICC-CCIC). She is fluent in English and Spanish.

 

Maria holds an Honors Diploma in Immigration Consultant Program from CDI College, Canada. In addition, Maria completed an Honors Bachelor of Law and an Honors Bachelor of International Relations from the Universidad del Norte, Barranquilla, Colombia.

 

As an RCIC, Maria deals with a variety of immigration matters including but not limited to study permits, extensions of status, work permits under LMIA and Free-Trade Agreements, family sponsorships, economic class applications such as Express Entry and Provincial Nominations, humanitarian and compassionate applications, and many more.

 

Additionally, Maria has extensive experience in immigration law and procedures back in Colombia and holds a Diploma in Mediation and other Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms.

 

Maria’s extensive knowledge and experience in Canadian immigration and beyond makes her a great asset to the team. Maria strives to deliver the best quality of service to the English and Spanish speaking community.

Yvone Broqueza

Yvone Broqueza
RCIC-IRB, GDipICL, BBA.

Yvone Broqueza is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC – CCIC). She is based in Regina, Saskatchewan and is available virtually.


Arriving in Canada as an international student, Yvone completed her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from the University of Regina, Saskatchewan. She also graduated with a Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law Program (GDipICL) from the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University, Ontario.


As a member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, Yvone holds the L3 Class of License – Unrestricted Practice and is authorized to represent clients before any of the divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB).


Yvone has extensive experience in administration, customer service, student recruitment, and working in the post-secondary education sector. She is bilingual in English and Tagalog.


Being a first-generation immigrant, Yvone strives to provide accessible service to help everyone find ease in the Canadian immigration process.
